1. 我們是誰與本政策適用範圍
ScanPro(以下稱「本服務」)由 AlphaCurve(以下稱「我們」)提供,是一款行動文件掃描應用程式, 並附有官方網站 https://scanner.alphacurve.io。 本政策說明我們在你使用 ScanPro App 與本網站時,如何蒐集、使用、保存與刪除你的個人資料, 以及你享有的權利。
2. 最重要的事:你的文件只存在你的裝置
你掃描的文件影像、OCR 辨識文字與匯出的 PDF,全部僅儲存於你的裝置本機,永不上傳到我們的伺服器。 影像處理與文字辨識皆在裝置端完成;我們的伺服器不會接收、儲存或分析任何文件內容。 刪除 App 即會一併刪除裝置上的所有文件內容(請先自行備份重要文件)。
3. 我們蒐集哪些資料
為了提供服務,我們僅蒐集以下最小必要資料:
- 匿名裝置識別碼:App 首次啟動時產生的隨機識別碼,用於在你未登入帳號時記錄免費額度用量。 此識別碼不含任何可直接識別你身分的資訊。
- 選擇性帳號資料:若你選擇以 Sign in with Apple 或 Google 帳號登入, 我們會收到該帳號提供的 Email 與名稱(Apple 允許你隱藏真實 Email)。登入完全是選擇性的, 不登入也能使用掃描功能。
- 訂閱收據/購買憑證:你透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 訂閱 Pro 時, 我們會收到平台核發的交易識別碼、產品識別碼與訂閱效期,用於驗證你的 Pro 資格。 我們不會取得你的信用卡或付款帳戶資訊。
- 每月掃描頁數統計:僅記錄「本月已掃描的頁數」這個數字,用於計算免費額度; 不包含任何文件內容。
- 聯絡表單內容:你透過本網站聯絡表單主動提供的 Email 與訊息內容。
4. 我們不做的事
- 本服務不含任何廣告。
- 本服務不使用任何第三方追蹤或分析 SDK,不進行跨 App 追蹤。
- 我們不會出售、出租或交換你的個人資料給任何第三方。
- 我們不會將你的資料用於廣告投放或行為剖析。
5. 裝置權限
- 相機:僅用於掃描文件。拍攝的影像僅儲存於裝置本機,不會上傳。
- 照片圖庫(選擇性):僅在你主動選擇「從相簿匯入」或「儲存到相簿」時存取, 且僅處理你選取的項目。
我們不要求麥克風、定位、通訊錄或任何與掃描無關的權限。
6. 資料用途
第 3 條所列資料僅用於下列目的:
- 提供與維護服務(帳號登入、跨裝置同步訂閱狀態);
- 驗證訂閱資格與處理 Pro 權益;
- 計算免費方案的每月掃描額度;
- 回覆你透過聯絡表單或 Email 提出的詢問;
- 偵測濫用行為與維護服務安全。
7. 資料保存期限
- 帳號資料與用量統計:保存至你刪除帳號為止;刪除帳號後立即自伺服器刪除。
- 訂閱收據:帳號刪除後,僅於稅務、會計等法規要求的必要期間內保存交易紀錄,期滿即刪除。
- 匿名裝置識別碼:連續 12 個月未使用即自動刪除。
- 聯絡表單內容:處理完成後最多保存 24 個月,供後續追蹤之用。
8. 如何刪除你的資料
- App 內刪除(建議):於 App 內「設定 → 刪除帳號」操作, 伺服器上與你帳號相關的所有資料(帳號、訂閱記錄、用量統計)將立即刪除。
- 網頁申請:若你已無法登入 App,可透過刪除帳號頁面或來信 [email protected] 提出申請, 我們將於 7 個工作天內完成刪除並回覆確認。
文件內容僅存於你的裝置,刪除帳號不影響裝置上的文件;如需一併刪除,請自行刪除 App 或於 App 內刪除文件。
9. 你的權利
依個人資料保護相關法令(含中華民國個人資料保護法),你得隨時就我們保存的個人資料行使以下權利:查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集處理或利用、請求刪除。 行使方式:來信 [email protected], 我們將於收到請求後 30 日內回覆。
10. 兒童隱私
本服務並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計,我們不會故意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。 若你發現我們可能持有兒童的個人資料,請立即與我們聯繫,我們將儘速刪除。
11. 第三方服務
訂閱付款由 Apple App Store 與 Google Play 處理,適用其各自的隱私權政策; 我們僅接收驗證訂閱所需的最小資訊。若你使用 Sign in with Apple 或 Google 登入, 該登入流程適用 Apple / Google 各自的隱私權政策。除此之外,本服務不整合其他第三方服務。
12. 資料安全
伺服器端資料以加密連線(TLS)傳輸並存放於受存取控管的環境。 雖然沒有任何系統能保證絕對安全,我們以「蒐集越少、風險越低」為原則,僅保存最小必要資料。
13. 政策變更
本政策如有重大變更,我們會於 App 內或本頁公告,並更新頁首的「最後更新」日期。 變更後繼續使用本服務,視為你已知悉並同意更新後的政策。

1. Who We Are and Scope
ScanPro (the "Service") is a mobile document scanning application provided by AlphaCurve ("we", "us"), with its official website at https://scanner.alphacurve.io. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete your personal data when you use the ScanPro app and this website, and the rights you have.
2. The Most Important Thing: Your Documents Stay on Your Device
The document images you scan, the OCR-recognized text, and the exported PDFs are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Image processing and text recognition are performed entirely on-device; our servers never receive, store, or analyze any document content. Deleting the app deletes all document content on your device (please back up important documents first).
3. Data We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect only the following minimal data:
- Anonymous device identifier: a random identifier generated on first launch, used to track your free-tier usage when you are not signed in. It contains no information that directly identifies you.
- Optional account data: if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address and name provided by that account (Apple lets you hide your real email). Signing in is entirely optional; scanning works without an account.
- Subscription receipts / purchase credentials: when you subscribe to Pro via the Apple App Store or Google Play, we receive the platform-issued transaction identifier, product identifier, and subscription expiry, used to verify your Pro entitlement. We never receive your credit card or payment account details.
- Monthly scan-page count: only the number of pages scanned in the current month, used to enforce the free quota. No document content is included.
- Contact form submissions: the email address and message you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this website.
4. What We Do Not Do
- The Service contains no advertising.
- The Service uses no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
- We do not use your data for ad targeting or behavioral profiling.
5. Device Permissions
- Camera: used solely for scanning documents. Captured images are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.
- Photo library (optional): accessed only when you actively choose to import from or save to your photo library, and only for the items you select.
We do not request microphone, location, contacts, or any other permission unrelated to scanning.
6. How We Use Data
The data listed in Section 3 is used only to:
- provide and maintain the Service (account sign-in, syncing subscription status across devices);
- verify subscription entitlement and deliver Pro benefits;
- enforce the free plan's monthly scan quota;
- respond to inquiries you submit via the contact form or email;
- detect abuse and keep the Service secure.
7. Data Retention
- Account data and usage statistics: retained until you delete your account, then deleted from our servers immediately.
- Subscription receipts: after account deletion, transaction records are kept only for the period required by tax and accounting regulations, then deleted.
- Anonymous device identifiers: automatically deleted after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months after the inquiry is resolved, for follow-up purposes.
8. How to Delete Your Data
- In-app deletion (recommended): go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. All server-side data associated with your account (account, subscription records, usage statistics) is deleted immediately.
- Web request: if you can no longer sign in, submit a request via our account deletion page or email [email protected]. We will complete the deletion and confirm within 7 business days.
Document content lives only on your device; deleting your account does not affect it. To remove documents as well, delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan), you may at any time exercise the following rights regarding the personal data we hold: access, obtain a copy, correct or supplement, restrict processing, and request deletion. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]; we will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we may hold data about a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
11. Third-Party Services
Subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their respective privacy policies; we receive only the minimum information needed to verify subscriptions. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in, those flows are governed by Apple's / Google's privacy policies. The Service integrates no other third-party services.
12. Data Security
Server-side data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in access-controlled environments. No system can guarantee absolute security, so our guiding principle is to collect as little as possible — less data, less risk.
13. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will announce them in the app or on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
